The negotiation process and the terms of the signed agreement —which were subject to oversight and regulation at national and international levels— have been timely disclosed to the public, the market, regulatory bodies, and oversight agencies, applying the highest standards of transparency for operations of this scale. If certain aspects of the agreement have not been made public, it is solely to protect strategic and confidential interests, as is customary in operations of this nature involving publicly traded companies under constant scrutiny by regulators and markets.
